By booking an appointment you are agreeing to Pure Health Solutions cancellations/reschedule policy. Cancellations 24hrs before appointment may be charged 50% of service fee. Day of appointment cancellation will be charged 100% of service fee. You will receive a reminder of your appointment 24hrs prior.
